Tundra
Total immersion in the Nordic vastness over five days
Service Description
Embark on a five-day adventure in the heart of the vast and wild northern Yukon. This trip takes you to the vastness of the tundra and Alaskan border mountains, where silence and endless horizons evoke true freedom. Throughout the trip, you'll have the opportunity to observe herds of caribou, glimpse arctic foxes or mountain hares, and admire the majestic flight of birds of prey overlooking the tundra. Depending on the season, you can fish in translucent lakes or hunt small game in remote valleys. The evenings offer unforgettable spectacles: fiery sunsets, starry nights, and sometimes even the ballet of the Northern Lights, depending on the time of your stay. Your host will provide complete support: airport pickup and drop-off, meals included, transportation between sites, and constant accompaniment. The first evening is spent in a former trapper's camp dating back to 1890, followed by the following nights in a spacious expedition-style tent or in wilderness camps, depending on the itinerary. This package is for lovers of the great outdoors who want a simple, authentic, and deeply immersive experience. Includes: Airport pickup and drop-off, experienced guide, meals, transportation, accommodation in a trapper's camp, tent, or wilderness camp, complete camping equipment, and a portable hot shower for your comfort. Duration: 5 days / 4 nights, available from June 15 to September 15 Level: Intermediate to Advanced Capacity: Maximum 5 participants per trip
